The problem: A smell in the children's bedroom and visual water penetration into the house. When examining the exterior at first glance, it doesn't seem like much of a problem, however we found the entire wall was rotten underneath.
We removed all exterior sheathing, old insulation, and dead critters. Installed new sheathing, hydrowrap, and resided the house.
The finished house. Done in record time even during a heavy rain storm. The kids came back to a safe, warm and zero mold bedrooms.

A common ask is to create a second living space that can produce income for a home owner. This space required casement windows and a basement retro fit.

The owner of Caber Carter is a disabled combat veteran and has made it a point to help the veterans' community around Veterans day each year. This last year, we helped a veteran with cancer. The home required new trim, paint, and flooring in the kitchen and front door landing.
22 people came out to help. They cleaned the veteran's house, fixed and cleaned the veteran's gutters, mowed and picked up the lawn, and fixed the interior items.
A simple deck rebuild in Tigard. We used aromatic cedars in key places to create excellent smells every time the home owner approached their back yard.
During these times, some people are needing a little more sun into their home. This was a previous client who was looking for a simple deck and door for their office.
A kitchen can change the feel of a whole home if given attention to detail and patience.
A simple tile backsplash and some help with cabinets created a very clean and modern kitchen in SE Portland.

For this project, we cut out and remove the concrete, exposed and chipped out the cracked areas in the foundation, then filled with epoxy and hydro cement. A relatively quick process that can save your home from major problems down the road.
