Clint Benson grew up in Clackamas Oregon, and started in the trades as a teenager, building concrete forms for curbs and sidewalks in Portland. After college he joined a flooring company that focused on hardwood and tile. When hurricane Sandy hit the Eastern Seaboard, Clint joined as part of the rebuilding teams, tearing out and rebuilding after the chaos. When most rebuilding was finished, Clint came back to Portland and continued his craft, working for his passion, which are historic properties throughout the Northwest.
Mike grew up in North Bend, Oregon, and started in the trades when he was sixteen. Mike moved to Portland in 1992 and joined Oswego Drywall Inc. where he stayed for thirteen years and became spray lead, working on approximately 300 homes a year.
Mike grew up in Wisconsin and learned to build under his father. Mike like's to say he came out with a hammer in hand. Mike moved to the Northwest in 1980 and became involved in building high-end custom homes, that were twice winners of the Parade of homes in Vancouver, WA.
Chris Loogman trained to be an electrician before joining the army in 2006 as a radar repairman. After his service, Chris attended University of Portland graduating with a degree in finance in 2017.
Chris works with the Caber Carter team as a carpenter's helper, while providing financial analysis.
